If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, PONOinfusions will gladly refund or exchange your purchase of any unopened infusion within 30 days of your order being shipped.
Please note that as our products are agricultural in nature, a certain degree of lot and seasonal variability should be expected. We invite you to contact us directly with any questions or comments.
If you have an item that you wish to return or exchange, please contact us at info@PONOinfusions.com to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. Only returns with an RMA number will be accepted. Credits and exchanges will not be issued for items returned without an RMA number. We are unable to cover the cost of shipping charges for returns unless an order error was made by our team. To process a return and to be able to issue a full refund or credit, returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not in resaleable condition or not a result of a company error.
